PAIN MUSEUM Replace SYMPHONY X On THE 2003 METAL GODS TOUR - Mar. 18, 2003
PAIN MUSEUM, the new band featuring HALFORD members Metal Mike Chlasciak (guitar) and Bobby Jarzombek (drums), have replaced SYMPHONY X on the bill of the much-anticipated The 2003 Metal Gods Tour, a multi-band package featuring HALFORD, co-headliners TESTAMENT, IMMORTAL, DARK TRANQUILITY, AMON AMARTH, and CARNAL FORGE. SYMPHONY X reportedly pulled out of the trek in order to pursue an as-yet-undisclosed European touring opportunity. An official statement on the matter has yet to be released.
The 2003 Metal Gods Tour is set to kick off April 25 in Chicago, and will wrap up on the west coast by mid-June. This will be former JUDAS PRIEST singer Rob Halford's first full-length tour of North America in nearly three years.
PAIN MUSEUM, whose lineup is completed by vocalist Tim Clayborne and longtime Metal Mike collaborator Steve Booke on bass, are in the process of completing their debut CD, due in late spring/early summer through an as-yet-undetermined label.
Sux for us that have yet to see them, hopefully they will tour here in the states some more
