Well I got these back from the service agent and they're fine now. I did notice I had to bump the High-Shelf up by 1dB for them to sound sufficiently open. Any other users had a similar experience? They seem to be fairly mid-forward monitors, which is cool, but a closed high-end is something I cannot deal with.
