Cool record shops in NYC area?

I know we have some New Yorkers in here somewhere, and I just wanted to ask a question.

I'm looking for some cool metal oriented record shops in the NYC area. Record shops that could be easily accessed by public transportation.

You got Bleeker Bob's in the village (although, they're not what they used to be). If you search the stores on St. Marks Place you'll find some bargains. Then there's Norman's Sound and Vision (check out downstairs, they throw a lot of metal in the bargain bin) next to Ray's Pizza, I think it's St. Marks and 3rd(?).

You should check out BLEEKER STREET RECORDS @ 239 Bleeker St. in Manhattan (the East Village) they sell some quality bootlegs without ass raping you for it, they have a lot of records too..
