Copy mix between songs PT ?

I usually use logic and my tracking template allows me to use copy paste audio configuration to copy mixes quickly.

I have to use PT where I am teaching and am looking for the bast way do this in PT. Import session data seems a bit messy and recording a whole album into one PT session doesn't seem like a great idea either so what do you experienced PT guys do?

I use import session data and then tweak from there

i say make each song its own

Import session data. unticking Regions, media etc...

Like these guys have said; import session data (dont include audio), move the audio onto its respective track, tweak what needs to be tweaked, and your good to go.

It can be a bit messy, but you'll get the hang of it.

you can also just take a session you're happy with, delete all of the audio and automation and save that session as a template. Then just import your audio from the other sessions into the template and save each as the mix session for that particular song. I find this to actually be a little more time consuming and messy than just importing the session data into the session you already have but its still another way of doing what you're looking for
