Oh boy.... that intro sounds really similar to an intro my band has, freaked me out!
I think it actually sounds pretty good, but the lead guitar tone sorta sounds in the back in the intro. I think a more 'cutting' tone would bring more life to the song. The drums aren't bad, the overheads actually sound pretty well mixed in, but I think it wouldn't hurt to bring up the kick and the snare a little.

Those guitars are way too scooped man. And your cymbals and Hi-hat need some high's (boost some air into it, it'll help the guitars. Try keep big id cuts close to the 4K mark (wherever it sounds worst) I rate the snare could use a little more of a ring so it doesn't sound as boxy!

I'd automate that snare maybe slap some reverb on it in the breakdown?

Also, maybe a tad more gain on the guitars for that breakdown
Unless your goin for a pretty tight sound

I Put some reverb on the snare, tried messing with rhythm guitars a lil more and worked on the china in the breakdown.

Definitely an improvement bud ;p Hi-hat in the beginning is way better, try getting those cymbals to sound the same (air wise)
Guitars sound less scooped than before.
