Could you recommend me some bands...

Enslaved - Isa, Below the Lights and Ruun
Primordial - The Gathering Wilderness
Bathory - Blood Fire Death
Cruachan - Tuatha Na Gael
Opeth - Morningrise
Arcane Sun - Arcane Sun
Agalloch - Pale Folklore
Belenos - Errances Oniriques
Negura Bunget - Om
Graveland - Thousand Swords (or maybe some of the newer stuff, its a lot more 'viking' and Bathory like)
Ulver - Bergtatt

May not be exactly what your looking for but...
Aeternus - Beyond The Wandering Moon

Well there is a lot of good music there, even if it isn't exactly what your looking for.

A lot of names again, fortunately, I don't find all those albums here!! But I saw the other Turisas so, it can be the next step.

Myspace is a good help too!!

I don't know Falconer neither, only the name...

Primordial and Agalloch seem to sound really great!!

Thanks for your suggestions again, as said BurningWitch, a lot of good music for sure here!!

Killer playlist, you should try all these albums

So did you listen to the albums I told you too?

Not yet sorry, didn't find them! But I found Something Wicked This Way Comes and it's really great!! It reminds me of Demons and Wizards and Judas Priest sometimes!!
But that's right that it doesn't really belong to what I'm looking for here...

I will! :)

is there anything more foresty than Nest?

grab Woodsmoke and their Agalloch & Nest - "Wolves of Timberline" SPLIT EP
I will too, it seems to be more atmospheric and quiet, it interests me a lot!! Thanks

I`ll recommend you some great bands, with a bit of symphonic influence, not all of them but still :p

Haggard
Moonsorrow
Limbonic Art
Bal-Sagoth
Therion
Negura Bunget ( RO )
Bucovina ( RO ) - u must listen to them they have a great medieval maybe
neo-classical influence with viking metal
Bishops of Hexen

Thats all i have in mind now, if i find some more, i`ll let u know

Thank you very much!!

Well I have to tell you which is the winner actually, I listen to two albums for some days now and it's really what I'm looking for, I'm blown away by:

Agalloch! A lot of different voices, a lot of acoustic guitar, epic moments, I like the production and the drums and guitars sounds (really important to me) and songs are quite long, composed in a progressive way!! Really melancholic too. It's beautiful, really great!! So I'm probably more into slow/doom stuffs...

If you're looking for that far off forrest feel, I would strongly recommend Pyramaze. They have 2 albums so far (and in a few months they'll release their 3rd, with Matt Barlow). Personally I like Melancholy Beast more, but Legend of the Bone Carver is by far the more epic one!
You should give them a try.

I wanted to thank people who talked about Agalloch! I'm actually buying all their albums!! It's exactly what I looked for!!

The other one I bought is Turisas "Battle Metal", fantastic! I'm about to buy the other album then. Now I'm looking for other bands like Turisas, I read some topics but the other "viking metal" bands sound less eclectic to me...

I listen to a lot of stuffs quoted here but I must admit that I'm not really into stuffs with only extreme vocals and/or too speed.

What is Agalloch all about ?

Very dark, doomy, folky metal that seems to come from a cold autumn/winter forest as the first snows are starting to fall.

You might try Moonsorrow. They're less viking-sounding though. More folky.
