Country Song For Class

I wrote/produced a country song for my Short Story class. It's written from the perspective of Manly Pointer from the short story "Good Country People". It's quite long because it's so slow and has almost all the details of the character in the story. So yeah, this was just fun to do and I actually enjoyed tracking this, and this genre is definitely way out of my normal zone, so let me know what you think.

The bass drum does sound more metal than country. And i love that fact Anyways a really solid mix! fits the song perfectly.
