Are you running anything adat/lightpipe and forget to change that to match your main clock? I know if If my ada800 is not clocked right to my digi002 it makes clicking noise and stuff.

i am, but i sync'd everything to 44, and also tried with it off =\

usually when that happens i just restart the thing..you could try that (i feel stupid for posting that because you've proably restarted it a bunch of times) but if you haven't do it!

Just out of curiosity, use your POD as the audio driver under device options and see if the same thing happens.
