Creation of an FAQ thread

right, its been suggested several times, so now is the time to do something about it.

Basically what i want is questions to go in the FAQ thread (which we should get topped and locked) - any commonly asked questions about opeth - albums, live, anything that is often asked.

Feel free to write answers to questions posted as well, and ill compile the FAQ and stick it in a thread, and get a mod / admin to lock it. We can always edit it later if we think of more stuff.

So, post your questions!

Who is Melinda?
Why doesnt Mikael like 'Night and the Silent Water' or play it live?
Are Opeth religious or satanic/anti-religous?
Why does the DVD only have songs from the last 3 albums?
