Crowned Warrior

[Arkatox]

Crowned Warrior is a Christian power metal band I stumbled upon a few months ago. What really caught my attention, though, was the fact that it was a one-man project, similar to how Theocracy started. So I contacted the man doing it and we "sat down" (over the internet) for an interview. I'm actually impressed.

It's good, not excellent. His singing is pretty meh along with the lyrics. I could see myself enjoying it the more I listen though.

No, it's not amazing, but it is indeed pretty cool. Quote from the interview link:

"He has several songs recorded, which you can listen to on ReverbNation. When I asked him about them, though, he told me they were each recorded in 3-4 hours in his own studio, and that he could do much better if he put more effort into them."

Implies that if he were to work on an actual album to release or something, it'd probably be much better.
