Crownies... what happened?

alcoholic ginger beer is awesome....my wife makes 2 or 3 batches a year for hot summer nights. here is the recipe she uses if you wanna have a look

it makes about 23 litres....and alcohol content is somewhere between 6-7%

The only CUB beer that I would buy is the new Carlton Dry Fusion with Lemon. Best Carlton beer ever.

That is one reason I prefer other similar beers such as Cantina. They still taste good without the lemon, which Corona kinda doesn't IMO.

I was at Bridie O Reilly's an irish pub in melb last nite and DAMN was i hooked on guinness for the whole nite

at pre-drinks i had carlton dry which is my normal fav beer, then once at the place i couldn't see any Guinness taps around but i saw a James Squire Golden Ale and wanted to try it, had a very honey sort of taste about it i think, was alright.

BUT DAMN THEN I SAW THE GUINNESS


its awesome too when you drink it cause 95% of other drinkers around u seem to HATE IT so it makes u feel like such a man drinking the manliest of beers LOL

I'm not a fan of Guinness at all, but I really like Kilkenny.

JS Amber Ale used to be a fav, but I am leaning more towards the Golden Ale at the moment. Awesome.

I'm not a big fan of any amber ale, but golden's pretty good.

I can't get enough of stout. Guinness is excellent, but my favourite is probably the Cascade one.
