I got the academic SL 3 and there is no diffrence from the norm SL 3 other than price. I called the store before hand just to make sure. Unlike Logic where the academic version is non upgradable in the futer

Exact same. I would bet on that. But you could always ask the people who your buying it from then take it back if they lied (just make sure you look pissed as hell).

Any possibility it is available in Holland? Any academic version of cubase..and what's the price of it?!

I ordered mine online. Just google it there should be some stores than can help you out. It's a little bit of a pain in the ass to prove your a student on an online purchase (I had to fax over a copy of student ID and proof of registration) but I saved $100 on cubase so it's well worth the hastle.
