Cubase 6.5 issue?

Randomly, I'll open a project, and every fader is pulled all the way down... If you hit play, they're not really pulled all the way down because audio comes out of my speakers...

If I restart Cubase, it goes back to normal.

It's basically a brand new install of Windows 7, a brand new install of Cubase 6.5, some Slate products, and Ozone 5.

Anybody ever have a problem like this?

No but cubase likes to crash from time to time on me.

I guess I'll have to contact Cubase support...

If anyone knows a fix, please chime in!

Every once in a while Cubase will crash on me when I duplicate a track or track settings. It's gross.

My only issue with Cubase is that it crashes whenever Trigger is removed from a project. Story of my life.

does cubase ever stop loading plugins for you? It does that for me sometimes when running a lot of plugins.

I've never had either of these problems. I still haven't contacted support btw. If I do, I'll post the results.

Yep.

I can't figure out any other way to fix it other than to blame slate.
