Cubase 6 transparent events - fixed yet?

We don't a "replacement" for it, we want it exactly how it was before. And it's not a good replacement anyway, it only works when dragging the event, useless. We need the event itself to be transparent the entire time.

They have implemented a new behavior as a replacement for transparent events.Download the pdf for 6.0.2.They have a new way so you can actually see the grid lines.

when dragging events, not slipping editing.

the group editing feature seems neat, and the tempo detection stuff, and the beat detective-style quantizing, but without transparent events you could never slip edit anything, move hits and so on, get the vocals aligned, cheat with DI's and stuff. HOW can they have missed that? seriously...

well at least you can line up guitars, bass, etc to the drums once they are edited.... but still that's no excuse, especially when they already have the code to make events transparent and all they have to do is turn it on all the time.
