Cubase SX3 help needed ... Timing Problem!

Hey everyone!

Today Cubase decided to start fucking with me. I am trying to render this song (all midi VSTis and vocals) and at one point in the first chorus Cubase is always playing the 2nd snare-hit a little bit off (sounds like a flam or like when a drummer hits the snare with 2 sticks slighty after each other).

But only during real-time RENDERING. Not during normal playback.

CPU is at 70%, no glitches.

Anyone had that happen before??

I think I remember having a similar problem....not able to help though, cause I can't remember how I fixed it, sorry.
why not upgrade to 5?

Cause I am broke ... :/ ... and there have always been more important purchases (Omnisphere, new cameras, etc. etc) cause usually SX3 is just fine for me (and I never really need sidechaining) ...

I fixed the problem by rendering the chorus seperately (just put markers around it and rendered that part) and then dropping it over the problem-chorus in the full render ...

I'd still like to know why this happens ...
