Czech show cancelled

Johnnie, out of interest if i was to give you a glass half filled with water, would you say the glass was half empty or half filled
It depends on whether the glass was poured by Bush or Belladonna.

I was a basher of the reunion before I witnessed it live first. And not that I'm a basher after having seen this reunion but I still think Bush should front the band. Joey performed well, he's a super nice guy, I just don't think a new studio album would be a good idea if they decided to do one. No doubt they'll at least try a demo with Belladonna.

Bush's live singing got rough at times during his tenure in Anthrax. But while in support of WCFYA, it was rock solid.

I promise we"ll be back. I was looking forward to meeting you Johnnie. This same crap happened last summer when we had to cancel Croatia and Serbia. We made it back to Zagreb this time. There was a problem with a promoter and it won't happen again next time. After what happened to us in Greece last year, we can't be too careful.

Did the promoter suck? I thought so.

Scott and Johnnie - shortly before getting on train I got the message from the promoter saying that "The band has cancelled their shows in Plzen and Bratislava without giving any reasonable arguments. Please, try to inform all the people from Poland who were supposed to travel all the way to these shows to not do so."...
I`m not blameing anybody that these 2 shows has been cancelled. But too bad it happened...

The following message comes from the pissed off Slovak promoter's web site (http://www.openrock.sk):

Dear friends,

despite of the advance payment and the signed contract, the Bratislava show on July 7th 2005 is CANCELLED. About cancellation this show on the part of their management, we learnt from their web site yesterday. Even they did not bother about announcing to us. On the basis of this fact, we contact their London agent, the tour manager and their management in the US and we received only this answer: This show is cancelled. We didn't learn neither a reason nor a cause of their step...Etc.

I don't think he sucked much like the Czech promoter in Pilzen... In my eyes the current Anthrax management SUCKS!

Johnnie, this is the site of Slovakian promoter, who also booked Plzen gig ;)
Just click on the link and see where`s it placed ;)

Besides, the guy named Patrick who`s a co-owner of it would not asked me wether I want to have Anthrax interviewed in Plzen or Bratislava if he was not in charge at both ;)

Hmmm...interesting, because I was talking with the Pilsen promoter on the phone and he certainly was not Slovakian, he was a Pilsen resident...

The Slovak promoter's name is Juraj and the message he wrote on their web site was written in very good Slovak.
