BTW, the original Euro Orchid Candle010, is available on the amazon.com site USA. If anyone is interested.
Just go to popular music, type in Opeth, and it is like on page 2 or 3 on the opeth items list. Look for orchid import no logo on front cover.

The reason they are limited is something for the fans and collectors, so that they have something a little different when they pick the album up when it comes out.

Certainly in the UK, the initial run of both the D albums were released in Digipaks. There is no difference in the tracks or cover artwork.

jewel cases are cheap as hell to replace, digipacks get worn and ugly and if you break one youre fucked
