Has anyone heard this yet, I've only heard one track "Snowdrifts" which is awesome. Looks like I'm going to have to order this one off the net, hard to find in Aussieland. Can't believe that no one in this forum has seemed to of heard of this band...

Ya this band is awesome, I think they didn't beat Forget Me Not though, their previous album. But it was so FUCKING good, they couldn't do it :P

What kind of confirmation ? :O It's humm a sort of black-thrash symphonic metal :P

great more melodeath, just what the world needs

I take it your being sarcastic...thanks for the great contribution to the thread. Shit replies, just what the world needs...:erk:

Oh and I got the album and its excellent. One of the best albums I've heard all year.

true enough.

but again, like ive said before....KSE arent pretending to be some pseudo-intellectual band with growls, but "symphonic" passages or whatever other pretentious nonsense bands like this Dark Lunacy have. They do one thing very well, and stick with it. Ive yet to hear one thing Dark Lunacy here do uniquely or even that well...for that matter. The verses sound like b-side at the gates reject riffs. The choruses are barely even that, and have nothing memorable about them...ive already forgotten how the song goes. the backing strings make it sound like a video game. and the growler is absolutely boring, generic and awful. what else...

KSE do their thing well, as good as any other band that goes for that sound does, but I really can't stand their thing. It just seems so cliche. I dunno, you could probably say the same thing bout Dark Lunacy, uninteresting, crappy or what not, which is totally fair enough, you like what you like, I like what I like. I feel that I only need to ever heard one KSE song, otherwise its simply deja vu, I don't feel that way with Dark Lunacy. But hey, each to their own.

They don't really remind me of in flames as much as dark tranquillity. I agree that its not memorable stuff, but these NFU/illidurit gang bangs on threads are getting a bit old. Because NFU has too much pride to follow someone else, even if that meant he'd be following someone for his own wellbeing, i'm gonna say it's illidurit dangling from NFU's sack.
