As background music on "Sorority Life". Ouch. I found it highly disturbing hearing "Hours Passed In Exile" (?) in the background while whiny, melodramatic broads yapped at each other.

Yes, it is the first step. Next month the guys will adopt a new look with a characteristic short hair and kinda nu-metal aspect, then they will release a new album called generically "Black Album" with a couple of ballads on it. Finally, they will come up with "The Mindz Load" and "The Mindz Reload" and will perform live in the Grammys.

There's actually no reason for them not to be playing Monochromatic Strains right now at least on MTV2. They just brought back Headbanger's Ball and have had an hour of "Extreme Rock" almost every weeknight for quite awhile now. These shows have been playing horrible newish songs/videos from Arch Enemy, In Flames, Cradle Of Filth, Hammerfall (hahaha, *snicker*, they'd suck even if it was 1982, hahaha, can there possibly be a fucking God when Hammerfall gets airtime on MTV and DT doesn't?) ect. and slightly better ones from bands like Soilwork and Shadows Fall. Not to mention stuff like Kataclysm and other nuclear blast/relapse records type bands which aren't particulary commercially viable(even compared to DT) in the US. There's no reason not to play monochromatic stains. It's a good song and a cool video.

What I meant was, that I gave up the hope for good music on MTV waay ago, and therefore dont watch it...
Anyway, the only things I watch on tv are:

***SOME movies (have to be real good otherwise I dont bother)
***Coupling (A series. Sort of silly, but very cool )
***Detectives (I just loooove Morse. Man, I was sad when he died. Twice..)
***SOMETIMES "On the Roxx" on some Dutch music channel.. (It is called "The Box" check it, if you like, IT IS NOT on MTV ) (tis the only time a week, for like three hours, that you can see METAL on tv.. :'( ..) But lately its mostly those jävla Americanpunkrockbands who just move around where their ooooh sooo cool guitar and pretend to be Blink, Sooooooooo I dont watch that anymore either

Oh! The Simpsons And the Family Guy (really cool cartoons, those)
