I know and that sucks. I can't play soccer with my friends because they are into metal and being metal seems to imply hating sports.
(They love running through woods with latex-swords much more - it's called LARP)

Corny I agree fully with this statement. I love swordfighting, but I also love sports. I enjoy to get active and have fun, and metallers seem to come with a package deal, especially the teen-angst 'phase' on kids. They just get depressed and claim about being bored It's basically a combination: they're emotionally an emo, and musically a metaller, and physically boring.
