LRD after he asked a 21 year-old 11 year-old to buy him beer, got the cops called on him, ran away, got caught and got teh side of his face slamed against the sidewalk a few times? I guess...

yeah, if you took him, pulled off his face, put an entirely new face there, and then poured acid on that face
