I had a dream about lasagna this morning. I was eating some lasagna before leaving for school, then remembered that I had to bring a food dish to one of my classes that day, so I threw the rest of my lasagna into a pound cake pan and left.

So many varieties of lasagna. It's essentially a blueprint, rather than a defined dish. You can mix it up anyway you want. Glorious.

I don't know... I'd have a hard time giving up Baked Ziti for lasagna...
