Death Lasagna

You can also make pasticcio, which is kinda like lasagna but without all the time and energy. Use the same pasta for the lasagna, add tomato sauce, bescamella, and the meat. It's a more meaty, ragu kind of dish. Takes about half an hour from preparation to mouth.

you forgot the radiccio, and please give us the recipe if you got a quick one, traditionally this takes a long time since it is al forno, I'm making it tomorrow now because I remember how good it is!

I don't have one off the top of my head, but I'll ask Annalisa's mom...she can cook just about anything. We usually go eat there on Sunday evenings with her family so I'll ask tonight, which is just in a few hours.

Holy shit, Pasticcio is common knowledge on this internet tube? I should show you something much better:

Cheese pie, bitch.

Cottage cheese is just lumpy mozzarella, so it's probably quite good. The plastic mozzarella you buy at the supermarket tastes nothing like real mozzarella. It's also the fattest cheese there is, so using cottage cheese instead is probably an interesting idea.

Yep, the texture most store bought mozzarella is pretty poor. Proper Buffalo mozzarella is served in big, rough chunks. When a pizza comes with thin, circular slices of mozzarella I get depressed - you can't cut proper mozzarella like that! It needs to be a shapeless chunk just sitting on top of tomatoes.
