Insomnium are great, beautiful lyrics based entirely on famous poem/poets etc.

Although I think The Gallery is genius, I think that Fiction is a more accessible record. He might have to work his way up to The Gallery.

He said he found them boring. I'm assuming since he's a self-confessed n00b he heard their latest, which is Fiction.
Speaking of which, when's the next? I want album+tour.

Anyway been listening to Insomnium and At the gates so far, and especially Insomnium is kicking my ass!

It's just funny that Gorgoroth is on a list for death metal reccs. Gorgoroth is straight up black metal. Not death metal at all.

Edit: For good death metal, check out Onward to Golgotha or Mortal Throne of Nazarene by Incantation. I prefer the former.
