I host a radio show here at school called Deathcock Metal. The show is 2 hours on Wednesday nights from 8-10pm EST

I play mostly death metal, lots of it old-school/old-school styled, but I wind up playing black, doom, grind, folk, thrash, etc.

To listen to the show, visit http://wusc.sc.edu and click Webstream on the right. There's also a link to the playlist right there under the Webstream link, though I announce on air what I play anyway.

Also, feel free to request stuff for me to play. I take requests over the phone (I announce the phone number on air), or I will take them in this thread.

Tonight I'll be playing Funebre, Neoplasmah, Katatonia, Arghoslent, etc.

I usually try to announce after I play about 4 songs. I feel like our station has emphasized the idea of making music a huge priority, and thus keeping talking time to a minimum on the air (like, once every 15 minutes). So I'm in the habit of just announcing songs once, and after I play them. However, I will "pre-sell" songs (and occasionally back-sell them) if it's the next song I'm playing after I stop talking.
