Delay plug-ins

Are there any delay plug-ins out there which allow you to sync up a ping pong/stereo delay to your session's tempo and then displace each side by a few ms, whilst still being locked onto the tempo changes?

I generally use the Nuendo stock delays, but when they sync to the tempo, you can't move em.

Just as an idea - have you tried using 2 delays in series? One for delay syncing and then the other to delay that signal by a few ms.
