Hello, I'm looking for some sad, depressing, slit your wrists type music that isnt cheesey (dimmu borgir), but extremely well done. Keyboards and Synth are encouraged, as are clean vocals. Please don't steer me towards doom metal too too much, because for some reason I just can't get into it. Im thinking stuff like Devin Townsend's Ocean machine and some songs from Terria...really slow, sad songs. Acoustic guitars are welcome as well. I appreciate any and all help!

That's sad. Try shape of despair, my dying bride, anathema (older stuff is bleak as hell), katatonia, thergothon, funeral, unholy has been mentioned...winter, disembowelment, skepticism...
