Why to people keep vids and tab files littered all over their desktop, rather than in a folder?

For me the desktop is rather a "temp" folder where I put new and unsorted tabs

I wasnt refering to the background, your desktop is littered with COB icons.

Oh, that's because I've recorded that songs and I'm just too lazy to delete them and yeah, you know. My Guitar Pro Tabs though, is in a folder and there's not even enough space on the desktop for all tabs

Hello, it's time for me to show you my deskop!

I've made the wallpaper myself in Photoshop and i can link to a more high def. verson of it if someone wants to!

I'm much more active on another v-bulletin-forum, to get to the point, At that forum it's much strikter rules about the size om posted images (max 640x480 pixels) and signatures (like mine).

So i wonder, what are the "rules" here

To be honest as a boy i can't understand how boys could could use a random half nude celebrity as their desktop background. Or even why a man hangs posters on the wall of some nude whores.
I mean I'm not gay but where's sense in those posters as long as it's not your girlfriend or your wife?
