Trivium....*shudders*
I actually really like Devildriver. It's leaps and bounds ahead of Coal Chamber (which is, unfortunately, a guilty pleasure of mine...), and "The Last Kind Words" is by far their best work yet. Their first album is mediocre, at best, but what'd you expect? Dez was just getting back on his feet after the Coal Chamber fiasco that happened, and was branching out to something he'd never done before.
For the record, "The Last Kind Words" is the album that got them into the metal archives...and I thought they didn't allow metalcore in there...though their first album was definitely mallcore.
