Yeah, "Sit On The Mountain" would probably fit nicely too. Whatever. I think the main point is this: if you own Infinity, it's pretty much essential that you own the EP too.
I've been listening to THE FUCK out of some Devy/SYL for the past two weeks, including the newest four (+ bonus tracks). I gotta say: this shit is fucking stellar. 5+ hours of music and hardly any weak moments at all ("Disruptr" and "Gato" still suck, and a couple other songs here and there). I definitely disagree with you about Ghost--yeah, it probably could've been shorter, but it definitely fits a certain late-night, Autumn mood, and I can dig it. Shit, I even appreciate Ki now. These albums make much more sense when considered as a whole, which I believe is the point.
Ki shouldn't have been the first one released, though. I think a lot of people (including me) gave up on the project after that. Addicted probably should've been the first one. I would've stayed on board after that, for sure.
"Terminal," "Winter," "Addicted!," "Supercrush!," "Ih-Ah!," "Planet Of The Apes," "The Mighty Masturbator," "Fly," "Blackberry," "Texada," "Ho Krll"......... SO much great material here, it's sickening. I can't wait to hear Epicloud (Sept. 24) and anything he does from here on out. The man is fuckin' UNTOUCHABLE at this point. And something tells me his best is yet to come.
I actually sort of hope he abandons metal entirely.
