I dont know other peoples opinions on it. I am in love with it! its a great change from freaking blaze bailey. And im not sure about The final frontier... it blows

I like it mainly because I got it for free . It has its moments but I consider it a follow up to FOTD and frankly the band was already decaying asfter SSOASS so...

In anycase it beats all the albums that came afterward.

It was alright. I liked Wicker Man and 2-3 other songs off it (title track was decent). Personally, I like it as much as AMOLAD - definitely better than Frontier and Dance of Death.

The last album Maiden did that I really enjoyed was (surprisingly) No Prayer. Fear of the Dark was sort of "half good," though Be Quick or Be Dead is my favorite Maiden song so...

Wyvern again speaks in my name as well...
I'd just add it's the last album to contain a track worthy of all other classics of theirs: The Wicker Man!

I love Brave New World... Thin Line especially, but pretty much every minute of that album does it for me, though with the benefit of hindsight perhaps The Mercenary is somewhat on the 'filler' side.

I love Final Frontier by the way, the second half is utterly stellar, though perhaps a bit dense to really 'get' on one listen. I see a lot of people dismissing the new album after one listen, expecting Iron Maiden to sound like it's still 1985. Well it's not, and it's really an album that deserves three listens before you can start to unravel all the pieces.

It's a solid IM album, although I personally prefer DOD and AMOLOD. There are a few tracks that aren't particularly memorable. I've never been particularly fond of The Wicker Man for some reason

It’s a good album. It has some average tracks but a solid listen to pull out once in a while. “Thin Line”, “Wicker Man”, and “Ghost of Navigators” are all great songs. The thing that stands out the most is that BNW (and actually all of the post reunion albums) sound even better live. I saw Maiden in Detroit last month and I was surprised at how good all the post reunion material sounded.

Of course, Iron Maiden could play the phone book on stage and it would rock so maybe that shouldn’t be to surprising…

I like it ok but i did'nt like DANCE OF DEATH at first but i revisited it recently and it's pretty good so i'll have to relisten to the "i don't like this at all" ones.

i loved BNW. wicker man is a good song...but im actually surprised thats what is getting the praise here.

blood brothers, especially live, will always be a favorite for me. ghost of navigator, out of the silent planet...i loved all these tracks.

i do think its the best out of the past 4 (since bruce returned)...though i do like DOD alot to to e honest.

I love it - Thin Line is classic, but so are Blood Brothers, Ghost of the Navigator, etc.

On a related note, I'm having trouble understanding why everyone dislikes Final Frontier. I think it's awesome.
