MTV Icon Metallica last week ?

If so what were peoples opinion's on some of the Metalli covers aired.

Personally I thought Limp Bizkit's "Sanitarium" was awesome.

All in all I thought itwas a good show, Lars as ever appeared to be in his element schmoozing about every band from Avril Lavigne to Korn but hey thats Lars !

New Bass player can't pronounce his name let alone attempt to spell it was full of energy and appeared to be an able replacement for Jason Newstead.

Any other thoughts anyone ?

They definitely repeated it over the weekend (no help there then!) , just keep flicking through the old on screen guide.

It was on the main MTV channel and was titled MTVICON.

If you get no joy I've got it on video and would be happy to stick it in the post, although the version I taped was before the watershed so you get pathetic bleeps, even though the whole world knows what they are saying !
