Difference between I Am The Law and I Am The Law '91

I think I've seen a similar post -if not exactly like this - but I couldn't find it so I'll ask again.
I can't "hear" much - or any difference really - between the original and the 1991 version of I Am The Law. What is the "difference" other than the '91 in the title?

Not much - I think they basically just beefed up the production, thats all, I think.

In the 91 version instead of saying "Respect The Badge!" they say "Respect The Badgers!"
