I don't know if it will have the Accel chips, but I heard from an Avid rep that it is going to be a rack version of Eleven. What it won't be is cheap.

Probably a $799 price tag. It sounds like a Muse Receptor with the ability to function as a USB guitar recording interface/reamping device.
