Well i had the same problems like you, when on the swedish hubs you have to share like 1 or 2 gb, that's crazy.
Try some German or spanish hubs, i think i recently got on a spanish hub which did not require that much share.
Can't give you the concrete names, sorry.

How is one or two gb rediculous? I share about 5. It's rediculous when you need like 15 to 80gb to get in.

The limits are so high so that they could get people to share much stuff in there. Isn't it kinda obvious?
