DIY Gobo's For Vox, Guitars

Has anyone here built a simple effective gobo for vocal and amp'd guitars? I have 2 packets of 703 left over from room treatment and wanted to build gobo's but want something pretty simplistic and effective. Any ideas?

2" thick 6' x 4' frames, hinge them together in pairs so you can prop them at an angle to each other so they will be free standing and stuff em with 703 and cover in fabric?
