Do Novembers Doom have songs with clean vocals?

YES. Harmony Divine

clean vocals are all over The Knowing

Thanks for asnwering my question.
I visited the Novembers Doom website and there is this acoustic part looped in the backround and I really like the sound of it, do you know what song this is from?

That acoustic part is the intro for the song "In The Absence Of Grace", which appears on our most recent album "The Pale Haunt Departure".

We have quite a few songs that features clean singing vocals. I'm not sure what songs you have and haven't heard, but Paul doesn't do as much of the "spoken" clean vocals these days, he tends to actually sing more now. If you're looking for songs that prominently feature this, check out the songs "Autumn Reflection", "Through A Childs Eyes", "If Forever" and "Forever With Unopened Eye" for starters.

And just for the record, my opinion is that a good starting point cd for you to pick up by us is our most recent, "The Pale Haunt Departure". It's the most representative of where we're at and what we encompass musically. Thanks for the inquiries.

I definately have to check that album out then.
Thanks a lot for the information and recommendation too.
So far I have "To Welcome the Fade" and I still haven't listened to it all because it's taking me a while to get used to.

Yeah, Pale Haunt's got a lot of clean vocals throughout the CD. And if you've never heard them before, it's a pretty good place to start. There's this song on To Welcome...that's got a pretty nifty clean vocal section (Harmony too!), but I digress
