Does anyone have any tom samples like these (probly need room/oh too)?

Chopped this up because I couldn't find the song on YouTube. I fucking LOVE these toms, especially all ringy and shit at the end. Is it processing, is it mic'ing, what?! I know there's a LOT of overheads going on, really nice ones too, but that ringiness comes from badly tuned toms usually, but it sounds sooo nice. I'm sick of perfect drum samples, I want messy!

I would pay for some drum samples like these, if anyone knows of any commercial samples like them. Any processing tips, anything!

Song is American Love by Jack's Mannequin. At the end I just copied that drum fill without the centre channel so you can hear it a bit better.

Gave this ago, using timbale samples for the ring. Had to use some flanging some chorus to achieve the same effect too. The tom samples themselves were quite dead, I need to get some bad ringy tom samples to combine, should sound a little better, as it is its really only usable for a fill, not for an entire song/album.

Project sam made a free soundfont bank a while back but not tuned as high IIRC.

I've got some toms a bit like that. They don't sound like roto-toms to me, just small drums with single-ply heads.

I'll upload mine, they have room samples as well.

Dude these are fucking awesome! Perfect, blended in with the timbales and some chorus (just chorus at the very end, still sounds good) for the fill. Trigger is acting up a bit on the softer notes, but you get the idea.

I prefer the attack of mine, more metal, but for the style these are perfect. I also really want to go away from perfect toms for the next project, so these should be good XD
