Ive always wondered about this, so can anyone who's seen the guys live help me out?

I know all the ones on Lamentations obviously, and the first two Forest Of October ones are Peter's. I think the end Apostle In Triumph one is Mikaels too.

Forest leads go:

Mike, Mike, Peter, Peter, Mike

^ hmm, that's too bad. i wonder why they didn't just do it for all the albums. i'd like to check it out. i can't tell who's solo is whos (unless i've seen them played live). i've never tried to figure it out though, i just listen to them as solos, not who is playing them.. :shrugs: oh well.

Aren't the forest leads 'Mike, Peter, Peter, Mike'. It's only got 3 solos doesn't it (the first two being interconnected as the one big solo)?
In the very beginning of the song, Mike is playing a lead. It's not complicated of course, but it is a lead.

Then there are the leads over the fast part that Mike and Peter split, and then Peter's lead after "The Sun rose no more" and then Mike's last solo over the F#/Ab/A/B part.

Ah k, I just never really considered the intro to be a solo.

Peter tends to do alot of basic scale runs and arpeggios. Mike is a bit more about the wide vibratos and Pentatonic runs, giving it that more bluesy and prog rock feel. Peter does your standard metal solos, except minus the speed.

Thanks a lot for the help guys, its certainly very much appreciated. However im not a guitarist, so its not that helpful im afraid!

On a sort of side note, did they change round who plays the lead during the clean verse of the drapery falls on thier last tour, cuz i had a vid and it looked like mike was playing but in aussie it looked like peter was playing it? It confused me.
