If you stand up suddenly or something, and your head gets a funny feeling in it, and then your vision goes black for a few seconds? This has been happening to me for years and years but it's always a little frightening.

sometimes when im sitting down for a long ass time, when i stand up i get dizzy, vision distorted and my head feels like its 100 pounds and i usually fall back down.

same thing happens to me, i've always worried about it and wanted to get it checked out but never got around to it. i also have other problems such as if i look at certain patterns such as carpet i almost get a hallucination type effect which is really weird O_o where the carpet kinda molds together and moves and shit.

The reason for this thread is because I stood up quickly this afternoon and reached high up on a shelf for something, and as I was doing this my vision started going black. But THEN, I had like a mini seizure or something and I damn nearly lost consciousness and collapsed.

Don't ignore this. See a physician.

My mother had a tumor on her fiber optic nerve (Located at the back of the eyeball).

Needed brain surgery to get it removed!!!

this happens to me when I look at a ceiling or a particular wall pattern

So, 2 days ago, as I'm skiing down a slope, some dumb lady didn't "see" me, and run STRAIGHT into me.
Mine you, it was a very steap slope, both of us were running pretty fast...
she hit me hard... I fell... she asked me "are you ok? oh my god are you ok?"
The wirdest thing is... I could hear her.. but I saw black infront of me..
I couldn't even figure out where I was... I couldn;t talk ack... she asked me twice...
and I couldn't figure out how to speak, OR where I was.
After maybe 30 seconds my vision started clearing up... and I started to rememebr Im on a mountain...

It was REALLy scary. I got up all dizzy and disoriented... I have never felt this way.

I was fine, just a small scratch on my forehead other than the scary part...

So yeah... I actually read your thread, and felt related!
Nice new nick name btw!!!
:kickass:

I get migraines, although I haven't had one in a long time. But around this time last year I got them constantly. Every time I get them it starts with my stomach hurting, then my head, and then I get really overheated, lose my balance, my ears ring, and I can only see really bright light.

One time I started to have one and tried walking back to my room, but I was super disorientated, and the next thing I knew, Reuben was waking me up asking if I was okay, and I was lying shirtless on the hallway floor.

Migraines are really really really not fun. :ill:

So you know if you ever start to get an upset stomach at parties, lock the door behind you. Never know which of those damned teenage boys would try to steal your shirt and wear it. Freaks.
