does this happen to anyone?

My creative state of mind is constantly changing and fast, I used to make experimental stuff then I created blues-influenced rock like Cream and then I created mystic sounding stuff 2 days ago(like "The Battle of Evermore") and yesterday my stuff was jazzy, it's very weird, my creative state of mind has just been flying all over the place. I have written experimental lyrics and looked at it in a different state and thought it looked extremely obscure.

The reasons I'm posting this are
1) I'm extremely bored
2) I'm just wondering if this kind of thing has happened to other people

yeah man its called being well rounded. if you do it subconsciencely than you probly would play well with other muscians because you have a little of every style. ive always been tha same way. I grab ahold of a clean acoutic riff teach the chord to one of my friends and write a blues, or jazz lead to it and run with it.. just open your mind and let the shit flow.... do yourself a favor and record it so you can refer to it later and see how you changed it for better and whatnot.

I usually fluctuate between melodic / symphonic black metal, and technical death metal. I also write trance sometimes, and on rare occasions, a comedic acoustic piece.

A comical acoustic piece. I usually don't take acoustic guitar seriously, so whenever I write an acoustic song, I give it lyrics about something stupid, like being a 21 year old virgin, or thinking creationism is real.

Normally my song writing doesn't go far out of the metal spectrum. But occasionally I'll come up with some classical riffs and stuff.

I've found that I completely lack the ability to write a riff or anything that sounds happy. That and I can't write blues. Which is actually kind of lame, because it doesn't really reflect me.



I also think I'm dyslexic, because I just read "disable smilies" as "disable similes" which really made me do the first double-take of my life.
