Dragonforce......

Wow, quite a bit of activity here on the DF comment thread, a good thing. I have to say that I enjoy the band alot. I like speed. Speed metal is great. Speed metal and power metal together is ever greater. I don't care about this attitude some people have about not liking fast guitar solos. I fucking enjoy them, and I always will. Just not all the time. No DF isn't THE most amazing band on the planet, but I still like them none the less. I would love to see them at PP, but Glenn does a great job of bringing the goods to us every time, so I am happy with that. I sure am one happy fukker aren't I? :loco:

Glenn, has this band ever been considered for PROG POWER?May want to check em out...I might have to see about that "sponsor"thing. They used to be called Dragonheart, but had to change the name. I downloaded a few of there songs when I first moved to Atlanta (2000)...but I have recently seen they have 2 CDs out now. Their website is pretty killer, and I have always liked there stuff...looks like a loyal following has built up across the water. Just a thought....anybody else heard them or into them..?!?! I'll be ordring the CDs for sure.... :kickass:

Gave "Sonic Firestorm" a few listens. Not bad. Though, I didn't think they were anything to write home about. That being said, I wouldn't be opposed to seeing them at ProgPower. They seem like they'd be a lot of fun live.
