hey everyone!
well today, for the first time, i absolutely ghetto tracked drums for my bands first recording. all i have is an old tascam 2 channel interface, so i ran the OHs in to that and then triggered all of the drums to midi. of course, i did not play the parts perfectly, so i went through and edited some of the midi notes to correspond with the click. easy enough, BUT... here is my problem, the OHs picked up a little too much of the snare, and it is giving a weird delay sound in conjunction with my samples from the trigger. what can i do to get rid of the snare in the overhead, or at least dampen it, but this retain a good OH sound???
