What's the skins that Andy use the most?
Toms: Emperor Clear (or something), right?

But what about the kick and snare?

My two cents: Genera G2 Cated for toms and Genera HDD for snare.
Kicks im not sure about

I think Andy uses power strokes for the kick.

My 2 cents: go with Evans G2 clears on the tom batters.

yes, thank you oz . g2 clears are the best out for toms imo. everytime i try remos on toms i am dissappointed. plus the evans are alittle cheaper . on kicks i could go with remo or evans, either powerstrokes or the evans eq.

go with remos on kicks, more tone and usable midrange knock than evans

Aquarian Super Kick II's sound amazing to me. Best kick head you can buy.
I've had tons of success using an Evans Power Center on snare, or a Powerstroke III (coated) if you want a big, meaty, dry sounding head.
I've almost never heard anything better on toms than Remo Pinstripes. G2's sound great, Aquarian Response II's sound similar, Remo Emperors too. I just love the pinstripes.

I use Evans for recording;:

Toms - G2 coated (top) G1 clear (botttom)
Snare - HHD/HHD 3 vented (top)
Kik - Eq3 pack

As for live playin' I use G2 clear (top) on toms
