drums triggered by guitars?

yeah two instances of drumagog, and a amp sim track

its pretty easy, you trigger off the di transients

its not useful for production by any means. any kid who is intimidated with complex patterns, thinking this is their way out to replacing a kick track, believe me its not
i would like to see a band incorporate something like this into their sound tho
even if its not triggering drums, could be triggering anything really

especially with guitar - > midi interfaces being under a hundred bucks now. even if its monophonic, you could still do very cool things.

i wouldn't be surprised if a band like btbam got into using guitar triggering for stuff at some point.

Yes! The Crab signal worked! (no offense Joey, we all love ya. LOL)

Thanks for letting us know. I guess I'm not looking to have it be my solution to not having to program drums... just an alternate half-assed lazy way around having to program drums seeing how I suck at it. Which leads me into my segue... Yes I would buy your programming drums book.
