THE BIG NEWS ABOUT 'THE NEXT BIG THING', DUNGEON !!!

OFFICIAL METAL WARRIORS & DUNGEON PRESS RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT:

The best selling and most popular Traditional/Power Heavy Metal band in Australia, Dungeon are set to celebrate huge news with their fans on Anzac Day as they brace themselves for a World assault.

The special party will be held on Friday, April 25 at the prestigious International venue, The Corner (57 Swan Street, Richmond - Melbourne). The event will be a Metal Warriors MetalFest especially organised to celebrate the big Dungeon announcement, limited new CD launch and a farewell show. Alongside an impressive line-up of Melodic Metal bands, Dungeon will headline the huge night.

We would like to officially make the following special announcements which will be celebrated on April 25.

* Metal Warriors has signed a lucrative PRIORITY deal with the prestigious German label LMP, which will see Dungeon released world-wide as leading artists. Dungeon has also signed on with Limb Music Publishing. Their current album, A RISE TO POWER will be released in Europe in June and distributed by Europe's biggest distribution company SPV gmbh and other leading distributors in other territories.

* Dungeon will head to Japan to play the Melodic Metal Festival as one of the headliners. The first show will be held at the famous Tokyo complex 'Club Citta' Check out the huge venue with this link http://clubcitta.co.jp/spec/tour/index.html . Metal Warriors are organising for this show to be recorded live and filmed for a future release and a future home video/DVD. The event will take place on Friday, May 2. This huge show will also be complimented with a special headliner show at the Metal crazy city of Osaka on Saturday, May 3. * In celebration of this tour, a special limited edition CD will be released called 'RISING POWER - Commemorative Japanese Tour CD'. This special CD will feature nine tracks and a multimedia video special. In addition to re-recorded and re-mixed tracks from all three Dungeon album releases, there will be four cover songs including Toto's legendary 'Hold The Line', Blondie's 'Call Me' and Metal classics including Iron Maiden's 'Caught Somewhere In Time' and the WASP classic 'Wild Child', all recorded in typical Dungeon style! The multimedia video bonus includes Greetings to the Japanese fans and the Japanese version of the video clip for 'The Other Side'. The CD will also be available to Australian fans in limited numbers and will be available for the first time at the Metal Warriors MetalFest on FRIDAY, APRIL 25.
