Hey everyone, I know a lot of times we tend to play all ages venues, but we know and understand that we can't grow into a solid, reputable true metal band if we keep doing that forever. Thanks to Pathfinder Promotions this is being made a little easier and we are able to start playing places that give the average metal head an incentive to show up. (no whiny scene/hardcore kids, all the alcohol you can afford, easy to get to within or around the perimeter, etc.)

We are really trying to reach out and start playing venues that are based more around the 18+ crowd, but we need your help and support if we hope to continue this growth in the Metal scene. Contrary to popular belief we aren't your average band of teenagers that just started playing shortly after being formed in a garage somewhere. We've put countless hours into our stage performance and music just to impress and entertain all generations. We do not pride ourselves in being young, but we do pride ourselves in doing our absolute best in putting on shows that are memorable and jaw dropping. Give us one chance live, and you won't be sorry. (For the record the live recordings are poor, aside from Patriot, and don't do us a bit of justice so please take that into consideration if you start listening to those.)

Your Atlanta Based Traditional Power/Thrash Metal Act,

You know our crew will be there to support EbS, our brothers Halcyon's Way (ha) and Odin's Court on Feb 2nd. And really looking forward to tearing it up with you guys in Bham on Feb 9th. Patrick you are always so supportive of us and we trully appreciate you, you are the best little brother ever! ha

I do what I can to help. You always seem to put your neck/reputation on the line for me and what I do musically, so I will always be here to return the favor. I have nothing but respect and admiration for A Lower Deep, and I'm honored to know you guys.

E.B.S. is influenced greatly by the more experienced local bands such as A Lower Deep and Halcyon Way and we appreciate all the advice that has been given to us by these Local Metal Vets. I assure you the advice has not gone to waste. Hopefully we can eventually gain interest from the same respective fan base and prove ourselves among the prog-power community, as hard as that seems to be these days.

2008 is a promising year not only for E.B.S., but all the Pathfinder Bands, as we look ahead. Even then, its a dog eat dog kinda world in the music industry and that blows to put it nicely. All we can do is hope for the recognition and support we will continue to work our asses off to earn.

For the time being, we'll just have to prove that being unsigned isn't always a testimony of a band's talent and motivation.

As usual I will be there to support you guys. Pathfinder Promotions has put together a nice little lineup that can really put on one hell of a show. Eclipsed by Sanity is not just an ordinary garage band. I was expecting something totally different first time I saw them. I was suprised by the talent this band has and the stage presence these guys have. I was pretty much blown away. As Patrick stated, do not let the quality of the live recordings on their myspace page discourage anybody from checking out a show. Keep in mind they were done with a rather cheap handheld recorder. Seeing EbS live is definitely worth your time and money.

I really hate to miss this show. I'll be at your Theocracy gig on the 5th, though, Patrick. You guys and A Lower Deep really kicked ass last time. I hope to see EbS ASAP!

Be sure to come get a small taste of E.B.S. at our last show of the 2007 before we gear up to open for Circle II Circle in February. :kickass:

Look forward to seeing a few new faces as well as some familiar ones!

Thanks,

Great gig tonight, guys! Looking forward to seeing y'all again on Jan. 5th.

unfortunately E.B.S. isn't playing January 5th (Theocracy is), but we are playing February 2nd opening up for Circle II Circle. Im glad you enjoyed this evening's show though. Thanks for coming out, it really means a lot to us.

We want to make a tremendous thank you to those of you that showed up to the show last night. The crowd energy was a bit lacking during the set, but I assume people were enjoying the show from the positive reaction in between songs. In addition to the January 26th A Lower Deep CD Release Party at Insomnia in Villa Rica we hope to see all of you again as well as a lot of new metalheads on February 2nd!
