I made a little test with my new e530 engl preamp. what do you think?

Sounds good. Did you use impulses with it?

I've been thinking of picking up a 530 just for that purpose.

I used the guitarhacks sneap style edge (jj louder settings). tracks are quad 100-80-80-100. there's a TS (sort of) in front of it, post processing high/low-shelf and andy's c4. It could be a bit thicker. Maybe I add the methusalem power amp from revalver to it.
