I finaly learned how to make a good universal dough so I made kiflas, more specific kiflas with marmelade. I dont know how do you call it and google hasnt been very helpful :erk:

looks like filled croissants :) or some sort of piroshki but ROLLED in puff pastry, must be good :)

edit: sour curd, how/where do i get it? :/

Dough for kiflice is heavier and more compact. Good croissants are made of dough in which part of milk is replaced with joghurt,soft flour instead of standard mix of T500/T400, no oil and egg yolks instead of entire eggs :/ I made kiflice of so called universal ''crazy'' dough. Other than that, taste is much different imho :)
 
tbh 'kiflice' doesn't sound tasty though :lol:
not like croissant at all, ey? i'll have the stuffing alone then, please...
They dont sounds tast but I made 50 of them and my grandparents and parents ate them all for one hour and they left me just one :mad:

Edit : i just found that Germans call it Kipferl
 
dictionnary calls it 'crescent' in english, and also in Dutch :/

that can't be right, there is no word for it :(, just your kill-lice
