Eddie figures..

Ok, so today was payday (yes, I finally got a job! ), and I decided I would go and get another look at the 1 foot tall NOTB Eddie we were talking about in another thread. He was cooler than I remembered, but he isn't a McFarlane, so he doesn't look quite as cool as the 'Killers' Eddie. Anywho, I purchased the 'Killers' Eddie (he looks so much cooler out of the box!) and decided I didn't want to pay so much for the bigger one.....so I lay-buyed it.

They also had the porcelian 'Trooper' statue, but it looked rather dodgy, and definately not worth the hefty price tag. The guy in the shop said they were getting the new McFarlane 'Trooper' in soon though, so I will snap him up too!

I agree, it's a brilliant figure. Not sure about the Trooper one though, doesn't seem to have captured Eddie as well...

Yeah I know, but it's miles ahead of the porcelain 'Trooper' which I have been looking at, so I'm happy.

I picked up the NOTB Eddie this morning, and he looks GREAT! He is so much cooler out of the box, and doesn't look a little tacky like I thought he might. My Eddie collection is on the rise.

..oh yeah, and he is anatomically correct too...

What's with the naff shirt Eddie's wearing on the Number of the Beast one? Looks like a poncho with lots of holes in it (in the first pic, at least).

As I said, I thought he looked a bit tacky in the pics and in the box before I got him home, but when hes out of the box he looks awesome! BELIEVE ME!
